This policy explains what information Valley Ads LLC ("Valley Ads", "we") collects through valley-ads.com, our email forms and our ads (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), and how we use it.

When you request a download, fill out a form or book a call, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, and answers to short questions about your business (for example, what kind of business you run and roughly how many email subscribers you have). Our website host may also log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to send what you asked for (such as our free checklist), to follow up with related email marketing tips and information about our services, to respond to your questions, and to schedule calls you book. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our email platform (Klaviyo), our scheduling and email tools (Google), our advertising platform (Meta) and our website host (Netlify), and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're subscribed or while we're working together, and delete it on request.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
